Morning Bloom is a small, independent coffee shop and bakery that opened in early 2024. Elena Ramirez started it after years of working as a barista and pastry chef in larger chains, wanting to create a warm, community-focused spot where people could slow down, enjoy high-quality drinks and fresh baked goods, and feel at home.
The shop emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, sustainable practices, and a welcoming vibe. Whether you are here for our specialty pour-overs, house-made lavender honey lattes, or our daily fresh croissants, we aim to provide a slice of comfort. Elena, who fell in love with coffee during culinary school and honed her skills for 8 years in Seattle's vibrant coffee scene, is passionate about mental health and inclusivity.
We hire locally, pay above minimum wage, and donate a portion of our profits to community organizations. Morning Bloom has quickly become a go-to spot for remote workers, families, and dog walkers in the area, offering free Wi-Fi, board games, and monthly open mic nights for local talent.
